E-Moda – Returns & Refund Policy

At E-Moda, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items under the terms outlined below. To ensure a fast and efficient process, we kindly ask that you contact us prior to returning any item.


1. Return Period (Right to Cancel)

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your items without giving any reason. You then have a further 30 days to return the items once your cancellation has been acknowledged.


2. Important Notice – Return Address on Request

To optimise our processing time and ensure that your return is handled swiftly and accurately:

This allows us to assign the correct return location, track your return, and issue your refund as efficiently as possible.

Returns sent without prior notification may not be processed or may experience delays in refund handling.


3. Return Conditions

Returned items must meet the following criteria:

Be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, undamaged

Include original tags and labels

Be free of makeup, perfume, stains, odours, or pet hair

Be returned in original packaging where reasonably possible

Be sent with tracking and only after notifying us in advance


4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and legal reasons, we do not accept returns of:

Underwear, bras, lingerie

Swimwear

Earrings or personalised jewellery

Makeup and cosmetics

Sale/discounted items

Items returned without prior return notification

Items returned after 30 days of cancellation

Items not in original condition or missing tags/packaging


5. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, a single-use store voucher will be issued within 14 days of confirmation.

Key Terms:

  • Vouchers are issued only once per approved return request and are non-refundable.
  • Each voucher is valid for a single transaction only and cannot be split across multiple purchases.
  • Vouchers will not be reissued under any circumstances, including if they are lost, unused, expired, or only partially used.
  • Refunds are not credited to the original payment method. By proceeding with a return, you accept the refund in voucher form.

We reserve the right to withhold issuance of the voucher until we have received the returned items or satisfactory proof of return—whichever occurs first.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@e-moda.co.uk with a photo and description. We will arrange a replacement or full refund where appropriate.


7. Return Shipping Responsibility

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect:

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item

Use a tracked delivery service and retain proof of postage

Returns must only be sent to the address provided after contacting us
